An accredited executive and leadership development coach who combines her corporate experience, organizational psychology, and coaching background to help individuals and teams increase self-awareness, align intent with impact, and drive value and effectiveness within organizations. Jennifer has coached diverse leadership tiers across the Middle East, North Africa, India, the U.S., and Europe.
Jennifer believes in creating high-trust environments with her clients, enabling them to achieve sustainable change. She asks challenging questions that address underlying thought patterns, recognizing that transformation often stems from insight and awareness before action can be taken. Jennifer helps her clients reach their goals, and works with them to create a sustainable plan for a return on investment.
Jennifer's direct yet empathetic style helps her communicate effectively, actively listen, and think strategically, enabling clients to simplify complex matters and create tangible plans that lead to long-term success and improved results.
She has over 20 years of leadership experience in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology, government, banking, energy, education, aviation, and distribution goods. She specializes in executive development, succession management, team effectiveness, change leadership, and organizational development. She holds a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Dual Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from The Ohio State University in the U. S.
